From 1 July 2020, plants that were subject to a TNP will have to meet at least the emission limit values set out in Annex V as required by Article 30(2). This includes the possibility to apply less strict emission limit values for plants that are not used more than 1500 operating hours per year (calculated as a rolling average over a period of 5 years).
